With the Microsoft 2024 Wave 2 release there is another great feature available which allow sellers to have enhanced grid options. This allows you to analyze for example opportunities or quote data a lot quicker and more efficiently.
Move left Move right
This is one that is perhaps the simplest one but really useful to have, You now have the option to restructure your view by using Move Left and Move Right. This is one that will save quite a bit of time since you can now control this when having the view open.

Column width
Tired of finding where the line is between the two columns in the view to adjust the width? Now you can do this easily by selecting the column and then selecting Column Width. A popup will appear and you need to use the arrows to adjust the width.

Group By
The most impacting enhanced grid options will be the Group By function to group your data. Depending on the type of field you do have fewer or more options.
In the example below, where I have applied the Group By function on Lead Rating column you will see it does that straight away. Using the arrows you can see the actual data in the group.

When you do the Group By function on a date column like Lead Est. Close Date, you do have the option to decide how you want to group these, for example per week, month, or year.

In my example, I have grouped this by Month and in this grouping, it is also considering the year in this case.

Totals
The last one of the enhanced grid options that is now available will be the Totals. This allows you to quickly do an:
- Average
- Maximum
- Minimum
- Sum

In the example below I did show the Totals > Sum which you can see the result for at the bottom as you can see below.

One thing that is important to remember, even though you have Est. Revenue in your view and not Est. Revenue Base, therefore the sum is based on the global currency that is set up in your system.
